"Cas Puput " Country villa with pool and terrace.

The Casita Puput is located on a large beautifel plot in the outskirts of Fornalutx, at approx. 15 minutes walking distance to the center of the town. The overall living area is some 80 sqm with a terrace in front of the house offering beautiful views. A walking trail to Sóller via Binibassi starts right at the plot.The nice terrace in front of ther casita offers woderful views over the Tramuntana mountains and the Sóller valley. The pool (6x3 m) is protected by a fence for children´s safety.

La casa está situada en un solar unifamiliar y consta de una casita de unos 35 metros con terraza, jardín ducha exterior, jacuzzi de agua natural y mesa de pimpón. Está situado a 1 Km de La Colonia de San Pedro, donde hay bares y restaurantes.

In the heart of the island, in the countryside, at 3 km away from Muro Village, is located this quiet and charming old building completely independent from the main house. I refit it in 2018 into a small room. The bathroom is outside of the bedroom and the full kitchen is under a terrace with an open and beautiful view to the countryside and a small garden. It is ideal for lovers of nature, animals lovers, couples or/and a strategic point for cyclists.

Apartment spread over 2 floors, superior with sofa bed in case children or extra adult come, a bathroom and a small but practical kitchen. The lower floor boasts the spacious and cool bedroom in the summer. The apartment also has a fabulous private porch just past it, solarium area and the pool right in front of it. I practice for both short and long term stays! It is equipped with everything you may need, we make changes of towels and sheets.
