The villa is located on the edge of the Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. It has 4 bedrooms spread over the ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room plus a terrace-garden with a pool. It's advisable to have a vehicle.
