Cozy family house in a quiet and well-located area. Ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a quiet vacation. It is located 25 minutes from the airport and the port of Ibiza, 10 minutes from the beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa... and the best sunsets on the island. Near the house, you can find supermarkets, good restaurants, and the villages of Sant Josep, Sant Agustí, and Sant Antoni. No parties allowed.
