Perfect apartment, equipped with everything and in an extremely detailed way for a tourist. Perfect location for those who want to walk to the center of Porec in a few minutes, very convenient. Free parking not exactly under the house, but conveniently usable. Friendly and helpful hosts Highly recommended.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. All new and modern, and beautifully decorated. Jasna met us to show us around and had homemade baking for us and wine from her family’s vineyard! We felt so at home. The yard and patio was very nice- with a pool. We didn’t get to use the pool as the weather didn’t cooperate but it did look good. Highly recommend this home. I was disappointed that I hadn’t booked more time here.

We loved Simons Place! Perfect Location - just couple minutes walk from the center of Pula; place exactly as shown in picture, really clean & absolutely well equipped. Dunja's flat was an amazing place to call home base for several days exploring Pula. Location-wise, A two minute walk from the temple of Augustus and a five minutes walk from the old city Market, the flat was secluded in a nice, quiet area but right off the pier and next to the center of the city. Dunja was extremely responsive and proactive with communication, and self check-in with a lockbox was a breeze. There is a full usable kitchen and a pristine bathroom, along with a great living room and spacious bed. Absolutely amazing stay, thank you!

Cute little room in the middle of the city. Perfect for one night. The only really negative thing was that you have neither reception nor Internet in the room. Apparently, before our visit, the WiFi broke, which we were only told after we asked, which was unfortunately annoying.

This was such a beautiful stay. The terrace is lovely- I only wish we had more time, and less rain to enjoy it more. We loved the area, even early in the season.Dajana gave us a wonderful recommendation for an amazing dinner. She met us as we pulled in and showed us around. We shared the property with her family but hardly saw them. All were very pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the water and wine that was left for us. I can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

Maja has the sweetest little apartment in the Rovinji old town. We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our family of four. The beds were the most comfortable we have found on our trip yet, and Maja was an incredible host - very friendly and accommodating, she helped us out with transfers to the apartment and more. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks very much Maja!

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

An absolute dream house! I'd love to move in here. Very nicely decorated, clean and cozy. The pool, hot tub, the grill and everything was just perfect! Beautiful corners to sit outside, very green and welcoming. Location super quiet with quiet farm atmosphere (sheep and a few roosters opposite). It was very relaxing. You have to drive a bit to the sea. But we preferred to be by the pool all day anyway. Other pluses: huge cooling tank, gas, and! Coal grill, badminton, mosquito repellent on windows, mosquito spray and even something to aftertreat the mosquito bites! Chelsea has really thought of everything. Also very friendly and helpful! We fell in love. So in the house and a bit also in Chelsea <3

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

The villa is beautiful and big. Outside you can spend many nice hours together by the pool. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. All in all great!

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. His home was exactly as described and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and explore Istria. Thank you Andrea for making our first visit to Croatia so memorable.

Highly recommend this villa if you are travelling with a group of people. Every room has its own bathroom, it has a lot of beautiful corners to chill - the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The villa is beautifully decorated - with lots of charme and details. Its only 30 minutes away from Rovinj and easy to reach with the car! We would stay there again, no question! The communication and check-in was very easy and quick, same with the check-out! We had the perfect stay!

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Was simply lovely. Mall was just 2 min from the apartement and overall the location was very good!

We had an amazing time in Umag, Angelika was the nicest host and she was really friendly and easy to communicate.
