Glenn has been a great host! Very helpful and lots of great recommendations and useful instructions on how to work the hot tub etc. The place was lovely and peaceful, would highly recommend to everyone!

Lovely modern cottage situated in a very peaceful area with a stunning view. Hot tub was a fantastic addition - we had a great time! Host was very helpful & friendly.

Beautiful house! Every bit as good as it looks to be in the photos. Looking out through the main window in the lounge area we were able to watch the ships and boats sail past on the sea and looking through the other window at the back of the house we were able to watch the clouds and rain storm folding over the mountains. Then this morning while enjoying our coffee we to watched the rabits play in the field behind us. Such a magical place and so peaceful. We had such a lovely time and hope to be back soon. My favourite place on Earth 😊 While it’s close enough to Dublin, it’s so private and peaceful it feels like you are completely away from civilisation in the most positive way. The surrounding are absolutely stunning, and there is a lot of sightseeing nearby. This place is just perfect for disconnecting from the busy city life. And lastly, Richard and Ben are fantastic hosts, very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here myself 💚

We were delighted by our time in Tosses Cottage. It was a beautiful place to stay in the glorious rolling hills and countryside. The hot tub was an extra special treat. Colleen was very responsive and helpful in all communications and everything was as she said it would be.

The “Nest” Cottage with hot tub was the ideal location and setting for a trip with friends. It was perfect, we can’t recommend it enough. Jackie,the host was incredible to deal with, always so quick to respond and extremely helpful. She couldn’t do enough for us and we were very grateful 😀 Already planning a trip back.

Francis was a great host, he has everything ready for us before we arrived. The place is gorgeous! The hot tub was the best part along with the private location. We couldn’t have asked for something better. We recommend it 100%

The location of this house so near to the beach is just lovely. The area, at the base of the Mourne mountains is also lovely, the granite stone walls are particularly cool. The village of Annalong is quiet and you would need a car to get around the area. Well stocked Circle K shop very nearby and the pizza from YoYo was delicious. The owner next door was so friendly and helpful and I fully intend on staying again.

Fantastic stay and decorated for Valentine’s Day. Host was lovely. Left us wine and chocolates as well will definitely be back! 100% recommended

The cottage was spotless (clearly recently renovated, well-maintained and well-scrubbed that day) and full of welcoming touches upon our arrival, including a fresh loaf of bread and butter, tea, good coffee, milk and eggs. Margaret proactively invited us to check in early if we wanted, and it was very easy to find the place with her instructions. Our kids were occupied, playing a game and reading faerie stories from Margaret’s small collection, within minutes. It was a perfect retreat, with lovely, pastoral views out of every window, and bird song in the morning. It is only a few minutes to Slieve Gullion (interesting history and mythology)/Killeavy Castle (nice restaurant) and a small grocery. When we met our host, we understood where the kindness and welcome had come from— Margaret’s husband called the horses to us for the kids to pet, and gifted my daughter the book she had found there. Comfortable beds; quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little country retreat.

Adrain's house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed having the cows and sheep outside our windows. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

what a find, absolutely stunning cottage in an excellent peaceful location with the resident donkeys lol...what a gem of a place and so so peaceful. Paula is a genuine host who cares passionately about her cottage and her guests, and is very genuine when dealing with her guests.. Highly highly recommended and we will defs be back....thank you Paula and keep up the good work x

Absolutely fantastic stay, we loved every minute of it and made a million times better due to being able to bring our dogs along, check in was so easy and the house had everything we needed and a lovely secure garden, loved walking the Greenway to Carlingford and the local hotel was lovely for a dog friendly pint! Loved the local chipper too, we will definitely be back

Sash’s home was so welcoming. A beautiful oasis to spend time with loved ones. We loved cooking meals and enjoying her outdoor patio. Sarah was an incredible host always responsive. Thank you for the lovely welcome gift and for making our final days in Ireland so memorable!

A beautifully and extremely well equipped home that was a perfect base for us to explore the region. The elegantly designed cottage was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the private enclosed back garden was the icing on the cake with the beautiful sunshine and our dog who could potter about freely. Celine as a host was extremely friendly in her interactions and was very responsive to all messages. I have no qualms about recommending this listing to others.

Another lovely comfortable and private stay at Ivy Cottage for two days for my dog Maddie and me! Hope to return very soon with husband in tow again! Peace and quiet and felt safe in the surrounding area . The cottage is exceptionally kitted out . Heating very straightforward to operate when needed in N . Ireland's daily changeable weather!

Our stay was amazing! The property and surroundings were beautiful and very well kept. We loved staying in the country where it was peaceful yet not too far a drive from towns and sites we wanted to see. Sarah and Chris were very welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more wonderful! Their sweet little well behaved dogs were the icing on the cake!

This location was our longest stay and was a joy to come back to after along day of sightseeing and exploring. I would give this a higher rating if I could. It was everything I could have wanted in a property.

I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this airb&b is . It is definitely comfortable for 4 people ( we had 3) . The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home , the beds are comfortable & lots of warm towels for the 2 showers. Spacious dining room & sitting room with lots of books / games to relax . Easy drive into town for grocery shop & takeaway. I would love to go back!

Perfection! Ciara and Eammon have created a destination in itself at their home with views, charm and comfort. They lovingly restored the house from the comfortable beds, to gorgeous window treatments and bathrooms. Each of the windows and doors look out upon the stunning Irish countryside. The living space is spacious and comfortable. My whole family felt at home and wanted to just move in! Sitting outside at the table overlooking the fields with sheep was a special treat each morning. Ciara gave us eggs from their chickens and fresh made scones and snacks for our arrival, so generous and delicious. Our daughter had the time of her life watching the sheep and chickens and exploring the garden. Our family used the barn to hang out with a fire and a pint overlooking the garden! The walk into town was gorgeous and quick. Roundwood restaurants were wonderful with the grocery store we had all we needed. The location is prime, less than 30min to hiking, the sea, gardens and Glendalough!!

delighted we came across Sallyann's listing. house was spotless and super cosy. bigger than we thought too. kids had fun inside and out. Tigger the cat was a very welcome visitor. EV charger onside was handy. few minutes from a beach and maybe 10 minutes drive from another. everything was spotless in the house. would definitely stay again and recommend

Caroline's cottage was a wonderful about to base ourselves for a wedding in Carlingford. The cottage is spacious, clean and so peaceful. It was wonderful to have Caroline nearby to assist with questions. We felt like we were being welcomed to someone's home. Our children really enjoyed being here.

We fell in love with this little cottage and the beautiful piece of countryside and community that it’s nestled in. Not only was the location perfect for us to day trip around the west coast,Dublin and venture into Northern Ireland, it was so cozy just to stay in, really wished we had more time! The local pub is a five minute walk and so friendly! Side note..we also were very impressed with all the hard work and renovations it took to restore this quaint cottage! So glad we were able to enjoy it, cheers!!
