Two bedrooms are located upstairs, while a third bedroom is on the ground floor, giving the house a practical layout that works well for several guests. One of the two bathrooms has a shower, while the other has a bathtub. The main bedroom also has a special feature: a bathtub placed inside the room, adding a pleasant and relaxing touch to the house. In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Fancy spending your holiday watching sunset or gazing at the stars while sipping some fine wine? Or watch the lake Balaton and listen to the beecatchers from the terrace. Our vineyard cottage is a perfect place to wind down and embrace the feeling of slow living. You can go for a wine tasting in the nearby wineries or drive to the lake for a dip. On the way back, try the culinary experience in one of the fine restaurants on the hill. Balatonlelle has some of the best hard sand-bed free beaches!

This unique country house is located in Vászoly, one of the most authentic villages of the Balaton Highlands, just steps away from a grocery store and a fine year-round restaurant. The courtyard features a small pool for hot summer days, while the nearest beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Please note that while the Countryhouse itself is fully private, the outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other units. The garden offers plenty of spots for everyone to relax comfortably.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.
