In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

The house awaits you on the picturesque vineyard hillside along the Wine Route. With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. Lake Balaton is within a 10-minute walk, and Keszthely and the Balaton Uplands are within a 15-minute drive. Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

A renovated presshouse awaits its guests with spacious outdoor areas, stylish interior spaces & gorgeous views to the vineyards of Somló & to the distant Balaton Uplands' hills. The guesthouse is ideal for couples, having a double bed. The two-floor house has a kitchen-dining room on the ground level with a bathroom meanwhile upstairs you can find the bedroom with direct terrace access. Panoramic spot with armchairs, grill, outdoor dining & parking facilities are available.

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

Kalácsház stands on an undisturbed small estate. It's an ideal place to get away and relax for a while. And in the evening, you can bathe under the stars in the outdoor tub. Dörgicse is a quiet little gem of the Balaton Uplands, special restaurants, Lake Balaton activities and an old timer museum nearby. The house has air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. A hot relaxing bath after the trip is ideal in the two-person tub.

Small cottage by the woods

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
