The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Close to the train station, bus station. Our free beach was renovated in 2019, it is about 5-6 minutes on foot, with a water block, playground, volleyball court. On the beach, a sunshade protects the little ones from the sun. The abc is 400 m, the bike path is about 30 m from the house. 5 bicycles can also be rented! There is a lookout on a 1.5 km loess wall, from which Lake Balaton is beautiful, and we can see as far as Tihany. There are plenty of great restaurants 600-800 m away, both by the beach and in the village. I'm waiting for everyone with love.

You can fish, enjoy the sounds of many different birds, or listen to the deer's bellowing. We made this special place to stay with great care. There are great hiking spots nearby. But if someone wants the bustle of the city, Siófok, the seaside resort town of Lake Balaton, is nearby, where there are many entertainment and shopping opportunities.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Our guesthouse in Balatonfüred is a two-room, four-person apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.
