In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. 2 upstairs apartments for rent near the centre of Balatonföldvár, in a calm street. 5 minutes walk to shops, vegetables, bakery, butcher, football field, taverns. They can be rented seperately, or together. The kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom are open together. It has a balcony with a wonderful view to the lake, and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The second apartment is for 3 persons, plus an extra bed, with 2 rooms, shower and balcony. The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for friendly families to relax together. The house has 3 double bedrooms, as well as a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.
