GRECALE VILLA BAJA SARDINIA Ground floor

The apartment Grecale is named for its exposure to the North-East where the wind blows to Grecale. The villa which the apartment is in is located 200 mt. from the sea and 600 mt. from the centre Baja Sardinia (5 min by walk). The road that surrounds the villa is a private road guarded by a 24 hour security. The apartment has also steel grill out of the windows in order to have piece of mind you to leave open your windows any time of the day and night if you like. The Villa has two double size bedroom and one bedroom with Bunk Beds in main bedroom has a double bed and a shower ensuite and the second bedroom has also a double bed the third bedroom has Bunk Beds. There is two bathrooms one is en suite the main bedroom, large living room open Kitchen with dishwasher, hot water kettle, cooking stove and oven which you can use if you wish to cook. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and tv. Outside there is the laundry room in the garden so you can put your washing any time of the day without the noise disturbing you. We have a patio furnished so you can enjoy dining outside with our beautiful views. There is parking and barbeque to use. Overall it is a home designed and furnished to provide maximum comfort for you, your family and friends.
