Located on Rua Rainha Guilhermina, on the second block of the beach (post 12), corner with Rua Ataulfo de Paiva and two blocks from Rua Dias Ferreira, with the best restaurants in the city. Amenities such as the Antero de Quental subway 3 blocks away (less than 5 minutes on foot), shops, markets, bakery and malls. The apartment is on the eighth floor, of course, newly renovated and decorated by an architect, equipped and facing the street.
