We live in a wonderful house between Glória and Santa Teresa. It has an apartment totally independent, where we like to receive new people. The apartment has two settings and on top of that, it has a small kitchen and a bathroom. It fits five people comfortably: we have a couple's bed and a single bed in one room and two single beds in the second room. However, it fits up to seven peoplewhen using two trundle beds we have. There's a microwave oven, a toaster, a small fridge, a mini electric oven to use at will. Even having a lot of beds, we don't rent them separately. We rather host a group of friends or family, or not using all beds at all. As it is an independent apartment and has many facilities, we don't serve breakfast. On the other hand we have a sauna and a pool for guests to use at will and a wonderful garden with fruitful trees and a view to the Guanabara Bay. Whomever lodges here, has the right to a parking spot and two bicycles. It's a perfect location! The street is a little active, but quiet and very safe, even though being close to the favela. It's thirteen minutes away of the Gloria's subway station, on foot. Also close to Flamengo and Lapa, the bohemian Rio de Janeiro neighborhood. Not too far is the heart of Santa Teresa, with their cheerful bars. We live in a not very steep hill, but for the lazy or people in a rush, there is a van service and a motorcycle taxi service, That is in functioning in the corner of our street, in front of the subway station. Close to this same corner we have supermarkets, drugstores, bank agencys, diners, grocery stores, taxi services and bus stops. Everything is very easy!

The guest house combines the tranquility of a VILLAGE with the practicality of the ICARAÍ neighborhood. You can do everything on foot. It is at the end of the backyard of the main house, being totally separate and independent. For the EXCLUSIVE use of the guest, it has a bedroom, bathroom and MINI kitchen for small and quick preparations. Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH and in front of Campo de São Bento. The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and swimming pool: This Apartment and the Studio (another listing). Overlooking Christ (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades), we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau and are always available to help.

Jardim e piscina em frente à casa. Terraço com magnífica vista. Temos lavanderia. A poucos minutos de carro do metrô e da praia da Barra da Tijuca. Cobramos R$ 50 pelo uso da churrasqueira. Não aceitamos pets.

Aqui vc vai viver uma experiência de como um nativo vivia antigamente. Uma casa antiga com quintal com vista para o Cristo redentor, uma das casas mais antigas da região ainda de pé . A localização , apesar de ter que subir escadas facilita muito , estamos no melhor bairro que tem tudo que precisar . Fácil locomoção para zona sul e centro do Rio de Janeiro tbm é um diferencial . Niterói tem belas praias como Itacoatiara , Camboinhas , sossego ,Piratininga, Itaipu …todas a 30 min do local .

We are very close to Shopping Tijuca, the subway, bus stops, Maracanã Stadium, McDonald's, Saens Peña Square, Shopping 45, Varnhagen Square (gastronomy) and Mundial Supermarket. We have a very comfortable new bed, a pleasant, quiet atmosphere and everything you need =). My space is good for couples or even if you're traveling alone. My apartment is a duplex penthouse, the entrance to the apartment is on the first floor where I live with my family.
