Great hosts! The place was exactly as described. The location is just a few minutes walk to Arcos do Lapa, some grocery stores and a few amazing restaurants. And there were Monkeys in the garden! Eduardo was a great host from the beginning. He gave excellent recommendations and made us feel like we were home. I highly recommend this place.

We planned to arrive around 17pm, but we end up arriving much later around 23pm and Isabel were super flexible and understanding. The home is comfortable, spacious and with a lovely outdoor space. Our girls loved to spend time in the garden and on the children's swing. Isabel and her partner were really accommodating and super friendly, I highly recommend their home.

The loft is exactly as described and as in the photos. Even better, actually. Monica and Henrique take care of every detail, make everything important available and is super considerate. You can feel the care in the details. They had fruits,snacks, and a delicious cake waiting for us upon arrival! The location is excellent, close to everything: beach, pharmacy, bakery, market. I will come back many times!

Absolutely loved Leonardo's place! From the beautiful surrandings of Tijuca greenery, to monkeys anf tropical birds at the doorstep! The area was safe and peaceful, but with everything needed in the walking distance (totally recommend churrascaria on the corner of the street!). The host was very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond and the airbnb furnished perfectly, with great large shower, very comfortable bed and even projector with netflix, prime etc and beautiful terrace with dinning table and views. The slope is really steep and you need to be careful when climbing, especially if it's raining. Regarding the accommodation, it was great. I highly recommend it.

The home is really as described. Everything is very clean, organized, good and clean towels. What was most important to me was the speed of responding to messages and the flexibility of check-in. Our host was Maria José, who helped us a lot with local tips, suggestions and ease for everything. I dare say that Mrs. Maria José was in serious danger of being brought to Rio de Janeiro with us. A love of a person!

My stay was simply amazing!!! The house is super cozy and immersed in nature. Even inside the house, through the windows, each one had a more beautiful view than the other. The house has served us in everything. Super comfortable beds. The garden is beautiful, with lots of flowers and fruits. It's a special little place to rest and connect with nature. Maria’s place was exactly what we needed during our 10 day stay in Brazil. It was close to all the nearby beaches and tours we did during our time there. Maria let us check in once we got there which was amazing, we had the opportunity to settle in and enjoy rio the same day we got there. The apartment was perfect for us 3 and even accommodated 2 more people! I definitely recommend Maria’s place if you ever come to Brazil!

we spent our Carnival at the house of Tissi. the house served us super well (couple) . Close to restaurant , bar , easy to get around to other points of the city. Bike stations nearby and etc. always available to answer and answer questions, it still helped me with a need of the day of the day when I had to work a little . Finally I recommend the place and I intend to return soon

I felt very comfortable in the apartment and had a wonderful time there. The atmosphere is pleasantly familial, the neighborhood friendly, and the location simply ideal. The apartment is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Botafogo, yet only a 15-minute walk from the subway, perfect for exploring Rio from there. The area is also very safe, and I felt completely at ease walking outside alone at night. Marcia and Luiz are incredibly warm and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very flexible with the timing. The apartment is fully equipped, so I was able to prepare more elaborate meals over the holidays, when many of the restaurants were closed. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I hope to return someday!
