Vacation rentals with lake access in Baixada Fluminense

There were 6 of us guests and the house accommodated us very comfortably. It is a little isolated and close to the woods, so we had privacy, silence and a very beautiful view. It was very well organized and clean, the amenities met our needs. Juliana and Bernardo were communicative and answered our questions quickly.

The stay was excellent! The decor is very tasteful and the rooms are super cozy, I felt right at home. Fred is a great host, always available and very attentive. The house was very clean, the kitchen was super complete and the garden was well maintained. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend!

Fernanda's space is cozy, warm, everything is very clean, the linens smell good and it's well maintained. It had everything we needed. We were greeted by Terezinha, a great person who showed us everything and even took us to the supermarket. Super friendly. I recommend the accommodation.

Thomas has a lovely house on Ilha Primeira. I visited for a week to attend an online meditation retreat, and the house was perfect for me. It has a nice, simple, but tasteful decor. The upstairs bedroom / living room space is very bright in the day and cozy at night. The kitchen is quite improvised, but good enough for me and fairly well equipped. The temperature in the house was always comfortable, and it had a powerful fan and portable air conditioning unit in case I needed it. The projector and speakers were a bonus! The internet was very stable and fast throughout the house — though during a storm we did have an unexpected power outage for a couple of hours.

I loved staying with Doris and Alex! It was all perfect. They are amazing hosts, super welcoming and well with life. Their energy is so good that we feel at home from the first moment. Their joy and sympathy made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it!

Recommended! The area is very nice, overlooking the lake, full of green areas and buildings, a quiet area, we felt safe, it has access to a shopping mall in front so you can shop. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, we felt very comfortable during our stay. We also thank Amanda for her constant communication and availability.

Great option in Leblon (the best neighborhood in Rio). Complex felt very secure. Easy walk to the main restaurant street. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. Would be happy to return.

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

Compliments only. All clean, flawless. It had all the utensils necessary for us to use, including many inputs that we forgot, we were surprised to see that there were available for use. Mr. Emerson was very attentive and answered us when we asked. In fact, we negotiated an extra amount so that I could enjoy more time before the checkin time and after checkout and it was very helpful for us. He makes a wonderful craft beer and leaves two complimentary bottles. The orchard is super varied, orange, stirrica, lemon, banana, guava, mango, cocoa, jabuticaba, acerola, pitanga, avocado, a lot, I will return in the spring so I can enjoy all these loaded feet rs I highly recommend the location, a Peace. You can only hear birds and the sound of the waterfall that lies just behind the house. Do not want to return home. Haha

Diva and her family, husband Sérgio and their son Rafael, were very receptive and attentive to us. The farm is a great find! A place to be with family and friends, enjoy nature and farm animals! My son loved the lake with the pedalinho and the fish! And we got ducks in the ducks! 😅 O Caseiro Jorge also very helpful and nice. 👍🙂

Recommended! The day before check-in, Sérgio made contact with me and sent me all coordinates on how to get to the house and that helped a lot. The space is wonderful! Everything is well organized and clean! I also recommend, for those who want to enjoy but the time of stay, hire the service of the cook that is very worthwhile. Lots of leisure and calm! Whenever I needed help with something from the house, I received a quick reply from Sergio. I will definitely return at other times!

I took a trip with my family, including my 90-year-old great-grandmother, and the house was super cozy, accessible and very charming. Alda and Bete welcomed us with great affection! I highly recommend it!

My family and I just love the house! The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see in the city. The house was clean, everything was tidy with a lot of care. My 5-year-old niece fell in love with the kids area and took full advantage of the spacious backyard. It was a super nice stay, we really felt at home. We would definitely come back!

The lake house space is really nice. Great to spend with the Family. The children loved it. The lake with the fish is a differential, the children loved to throw food at them. We will definitely return.
