The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. Nous avons passé deux semaines chez Rolando et Patrizia avec nos deux enfants d’un an et trois ans. L’endroit est absolument magnifique avec une vue sublime. Ils ont eu beaucoup de petites attention pour nos enfants tout au long du séjour. C’était toujours un plaisir de discuter avec eux. Arrangeants, très prévenants. Les enfants étaient toujours contents de les voir. Pour ce qui est de la maison, elle est très agréable et facile à vivre. Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus. Et à nouveau les vues nous ont comblés tout au long de notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang von der Gastgeberin. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Santina war immer erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr großzügig geschnitten eine schöne große Küche, ein bequemes Bett, alles sehr sauber und diese Ruhe, ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben Eier zum Frühstück bekommen. Wir hatten ein gemeinsames Abendessen mit der Familie, der beste Abend. Santina hat sich soviel Mühe gegeben. Ich vergebe 10 Punkte. Mein Mann und ich kommen gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank, wir werden diesen Schönen Urlaub nicht vergessen

Beautiful Farmhouse. Lovely place even better in person. The grounds are large and lovely. Great pool. You look out to the town of Cortona from the bedroom and kitchen windows. So relaxing super close a 10 min drive to Cortona 30 mins to Montepulciano. A great base to explore. Host super responsive we were late checking in sure to train delays and it wasn’t a problem. Even got to experience some of Federica’s fabulous wine. Would come back for sure it’s a gem.

Wir haben uns bei Maria Luisa sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was es braucht. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist wirklich wunderschön. Maria Luisa und ihr Sohn Simone sind unglaublich nett und super erreichbar. Was noch besser sein könnte: Das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu hart und man muss einfach wissen, dass man zu Fuß nicht viel machen kann, sondern auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.
