Vacation rentals with beach access in Badia de Xàbia

A lovely apartment located around 15 minute walk from arenal where there is a great beach and an abundance of bars and restaurants on the promenade. Large supermarket within 5 mins walking also. The apartment was very clean and homely, well decorated and with a beautiful terrace we spent lots of time in. We were 3 adults and 2 children (cot and high chair provided for our 18 month old) and it didn't feel tight for space. We would return and recommend.

A wonderful apartment in a top location. Very complete! Kitchen well equipped. Good and quiet location. Easy walking distance to beach. David is a super nice man. Always responds and is very helpful. He was also present when we arrived at the apartment. We felt more than welcome! We enjoyed it very much and will definitely go back. Thank you David for everything.

Wonderful apartment, clean and very cozy. The terrace was luxurious, with beautiful views and a nice breeze. Although it is very close to the Jávea promenade, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Undoubtedly, para repeat.

Such a lovely apartment and soo close to the beach and restaurants and shops ! Very peaceful no road noise. Had everything you needed including a proper sized ironing board, dishwasher and washing tablets. Such a lovely welcome basket, wine, milk, water and crisps !!! All very clean with a balcony overlooking the pool - perfect !!!

The apartment is excellent—spacious, beautifully renovated, with all-new furniture and kitchen appliances. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Arenal. Maximo is a great host, accommodating and reliable with communications. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had an amazing kitchen and utility room. The layout is great for two couples or adult families as the two bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living area so there is plenty of privacy. Saying that, young families would also be ok here. The airconditioning worked well as did the ceiling fans and they were wonderful and very quiet during the night. The pool area is really quiet and it often felt like our own private area. Most people arrived at 5pm for a late afternoon swim. You do have to be quiet during siesta between 3pm - 5pm, so no playing in the pool then, but this wasn't a problem for us. The location is great for the port area and the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Pawel was extremely helpful - allowing us to check in early and also checking in with us during our stay. A thank you also to Jean who helped us with spare keys. We would definitely stay again.

Everything is great. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, the bathroom is very large and the shower is fantastic. In the kitchen there was everything, sugar, tea, oil, kitchen paper, etc. We didn't cook but it looked very good in terms of cutlery and pots. Impeccable sheets and towels.

Very good location. Small but very cozy, with everything you need. The best part is the terrace, very spacious and with fantastic views. We were very comfortable in it. I would go back.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Unbeatable location, Teresa's house is right on the beach. Very close to all amenities and fully equipped Teresa was a very caring host always attentive to our needs

We stayed here for 5 weeks with our 2 dogs. The house is very clean and comfortable, has a small private garden and a large, pretty communal garden. It was great to have a full kitchen with everything you need plus parking outside the front door. The house is 5 minutes walk to the Arenal with all of its shops, bars, restaurants and has a mini golf and karting 3 minutes walk away for families. Any questions we had were responded to positively and very quickly. We are very happy to recommend it.

A nice and well-equipped house in a very quiet area and close to the beach. Highly recommended to spend a few days with the family. Communication with Vicente and Javier was excellent, thanks for being so attentive to everything. See you soon!

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Great place and great host. Hugo was very responsive and kind, explaining everything in great detail. What really stood out for me was how well furnished the place was, we had all the amenities we needed that are usually missing: sponges, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning products, coffee machine with hot cocoa and even loads of books ! Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The place is really cool and gives off a super chill vibe. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway near the beach with a group of friends.

We stayed at Laura's for about 6 weeks, by the end of the stay it felt like we had always lived here, cozy and comfortable apartment. The apartment is very practical with two bathrooms, a beautiful terrace and a separate kitchen. The house has an elevator, which is very convenient for a family with a child. The house is located near the sea, along the sea there is a beautiful pedestrian zone. Cafes, restaurants are just a step away. A large grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. Lots of free parking in April. Laura is a lovely host, and very easy to communicate with. The city itself is just a great place especially for family holidays. If you prefer to stay in an apartment, you won't find a better place. I highly recommend it.

We were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for a month. It is spacious and has everything you need for a long stay, there is even plenty of storage space. It is modernly decorated and everything looks new and clean. It's even better than the pictures. The location is perfect; very close to the sea, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door, and there is an enclosed parking garage. We stayed in winter and did not use the pool, but I can imagine that it is wonderful! Amparo was extremely friendly. She gave us tips about the area and we were allowed to check out when this was convenient for us. Thanks again for everything ! We went to love Jávea😁.
