BN3.1 è un ampio e lussuoso appartamento all'interno del più recente residence di Palau, inaugurato nel 2025. Situato al primo piano del complesso con una vista incredibile di tutto l'arcipelago e con la vera chicca, una splendida terrazza in copertura, con una grande area pranzo-relax e una sensazionale jacuzzi riscaldata vista mare. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket och 1 badrum. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden
