The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Die Anlegestelle der Schifffahrt liegt gegenüber sowie ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der allerdings nur eine halbe Stunde kostenloses Parken erlaubt und dann mit 8€ pro Stunde sehr teuer ist. Eine Alternative hierzu ist der Zentralparkplatz Tegernsee.
