The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Enjoy the morning breakfast or in the evening the beautiful glass of wine with sunset on the balcony overlooking the lake. In the immediate vicinity you can jog, take a boat on Lake Tegernsee and take long walks on the lake promenade or hiking tours.

The apartment "Beim Ederl" is 93 square meters and is located in the attic. It has a beautiful small balcony overlooking the lake. The decor consists of a mixture of traditional and modern furniture. Lakefront apartment

Our bright and friendly apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The pier of the cruise is opposite as well as a public parking lot, which, however, only allows half an hour of free parking and then is very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central parking lot Tegernsee.

Lovingly equipped holiday apartment in the district of Kaltenbrunn, 6 km from the town center of Garmisch Partenkirchen. Trail is within walking distance, bus stop is nearby, parking the tourist tax of €3.- per person and day is not included in the price and will be charged on arrival in cash, for which there is the GaPa guest card with discounts.

A new built 33m2 apartment with lake views and easy access to village, lake, ski lifts, cross country skiing trails and hiking trails.
