The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped. WZ, SZ, Du mit toilet, Escape, toilet extra. Sat TV available, parking on the property. Driving without a car is not made. Self-catering. Unfortunately, the bringing of pets is not possible Info on request.

Apartment with Balcony (yellow)

The apartment is located in a building designed by the renowned architect Ernst Hiesmayr, directly adjacent to the park of the Theresianum, the former summer residence of Empress Maria Theresa. The apartment itself, like all the other apartments in the building, has been newly renovated to meet modern standards. In addition, a designer and artist has been brought in to breathe a pleasant degree of design and liveliness into the apartments.

Lovely Apartment with garden near center

Very nice quiet and spacious apartment in the courtyard/garden of a Gründerzeit house. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The living room with a queen size bed is like all other rooms with windows in the quiet garden. The center with its beautiful pedestrian zone is a 5-minute walk away. The train station and the bus station at Josefsplatz are also reachable in a few minutes' walk.
