Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg City Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water side followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The facade was restored in May 2026 with a lot of love for detail and now shines again in full splendor next to the city hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

Dear guests, we offer 4 comfortable & spacious apartments, each 70 square meters, on a former farm with 2500 square meters of floor space. These are located in a separate building, 2 apartments are on the first floor with terrace, 2 on the second floor with balcony. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom & separate toilet. Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

The apartment is located in the historic Bamberg garden district. There are two bedrooms for max. 4 people. Bamberg city center is about 10 minutes' walk away, while Bamberg main train station is about 5 minutes away. Children are welcome but unfortunately the apartment does not have a changing table, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony.
