Villa vacation rentals in Bad Salzdetfurth

Gorgeous area, great views. The accommodation has everything you need, but is also a bit outdated and could use renovation/maintenance in some places. We still felt comfortable and welcome with dog and children, enjoyed the sunny afternoons on the large terrace and the evenings by the fireplace and had a great time.

Great location: from the accommodation we could take many different hiking trails - including to the Brocken. The little cottage was super cozy with the wood and the furnishings and we immediately felt comfortable. I'd love to come back :)

Great cozy place to stay. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the holiday very much. A few small things are improving/repairing, but it is taken care of. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice holiday with our children and grandchildren. There's everything you need in the house. The evenings by the fireplace were very cozy. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to use the property in October, but it is really very nice. The village is idyllically located in the valley and you can do a lot, the hiking trails start right in the village.

We stayed there in January 2025. We were warmly welcomed at check-in and informed extensively about everything important. The house with rustic flair was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there was enough storage space in the rooms to accommodate his belongings. Whether you lie around on the sofa bed in front of the TV, play games at the large table or relax in the small sauna, the stay was perfect for us. The weather also played along and gave us a beautiful winter landscape. You can have breakfast in the attached restaurant or eat delicious food in the evening. Other options are available in the village. All in all, it was a perfect getaway for us. We will definitely come again again.

Top accommodation with fireplace and sauna. Very cozy, especially in autumn/winter. Friendly staff and close to Brocken.

We felt very comfortable here. Everything is available in the house and the location of the house was a perfect starting point for hiking in the area (e.g. on the Brocken).

Everything went great! Good communication! The house is even more modern than it is shown on the pictures. The floor is new on all floors! The linens too! And there were even towels even though this was not stated. In the kitchen there was everything you needed.

Very beautiful

We spent a long weekend with 15 adults in Villa Heidi. It was clean, the kitchen super equipped and plenty of room for everyone there. The property is centrally located and has plenty of parking incl. Wallbox. Family Sauerzapf are very pleasant hosts and very easy to reach (Thank you for sending us our forgotten things☺️). Villa Heidi is highly recommended for larger groups, whether with or without children.

Some colleagues slept at Angelina’s during a work trip. They were well welcomed and enjoyed their stay there.

We had a very nice weekend in the house. There was enough space, everything you could ever need. It was clean and the garden beautiful. There is enough space for retreat as well as to sit together. Perfect for larger groups. The decor is a bit colorful and shrill, as can be seen on the pictures, but that didn't bother us much. The communication is initially via an agency in the Netherlands, then through a person on site, who was easily accessible to us.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house! The place was exactly as described – clean and equipped with everything you might need. We especially liked the quiet location and the sauna/pool room – perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was excellent: prompt, friendly and helpful. You felt welcome from the beginning. Check-in was also super easy and uncomplicated. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the house. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Very great hosts, even with bread service. In the sauna and in the swimming pool you could relax wonderfully. The house was very clean
