Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

Our rental is mainly aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are located near Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly characterized by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hanover. The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Tiny House "Luna", by the lake with sauna

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Forget your worries – This quiet, detached house invites you to breakfast on the terrace with a wide view over fields, forests and lots of greenery. Perfect for a vacation or a weekend for two. The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
