Our apartment in the cozy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car. Dogs up to a shoulder height of 40 cm and short-haired breeds are allowed.

The studio apartment for 2 people with balcony on the 2nd floor offers everything you need for a relaxing break. It is located directly opposite the spa park with the smelting pond. In the village you will find many restaurants and everything you need to live. The famous romantic hotel with great spa offers is just 4 houses away. The kitchen is fully equipped, the small bathroom is equipped with a high shower. The 140 x 200 cm bed invites 2 people to cuddle. Tourist tax included in price.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-kept 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We took over this in 2018 and refurbished it (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 schoolchild) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (sufficient dishes, coffee maker, TV). No Wi-Fi!

The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Harzchalet Emma 3 - my Sauna - Sankt Andreasberg

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

Hobby room

We offer a non-smoking room for 1-3 people (30 m²) in the basement with private bathroom (shower/toilet) and entrance. The room with 2.40 m ceiling height has a single bed for 1 person and a sofa bed for 2 people. We are dog-friendly by arrangement. Our house is located on a quiet side street at the exit of the village. Hiking trails and shopping are within 5 minutes. The bicycle storage is lockable.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Bungalow between forest sounds and birdsong

Bungalow between the sound of the forest and the chirping of birds: the ideal place to escape from everyday life. In 2020, as a family project, we renovated the bungalow with natural materials. Minimalist design between Scandi Chic and built-in forest. Hiking in the Harz Mountains or relaxing on the sofa - our accommodation fulfills all vacation wishes.

Our idyllic individual apartment, equipped with a lot of love, is located in a quiet forest/outskirts of the beautiful spa and shopping town of Bad Lauterberg. Surrounded by the mountains of the southern Harz, our apartment is an ideal starting point for numerous destinations.
