The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

Our south-facing 1-room ground floor apartment is located in a quiet environment on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bad Sachsa in the South Harz Mountains. The nearest supermarket and the market street with numerous small shops are a few minutes' walk away. Numerous leisure activities such as adventure pool, ice rink, climbing hall, etc. are also within walking distance. Ideal as a starting point for hikes with and without inclines.

On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.
