Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. We are a young family and offer you a lovingly furnished apartment in the district of Kassel – designed according to the motto "As for myself". The apartment includes a 20 m², partially covered terrace and a garden. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: from spices and board games to washing machines, fly screens and care products. Hey hey, Our 50 m² gem is located on the ground floor of our house. The living room leads to the courtyard and a very large, green garden, with chickens & rabbits. A 1.40 m wide bed and a children's travel bed are available for sleeping. Children and pets are welcome with us. Here and there it can get a bit louder, as we have 2 small children ourselves. There is free parking right in front of the house.
