Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area.
