In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

"Rothhäuser Mühle" (Bavaria, Lower Franconia)

The property "Rothhäuser Mühle" consists of two adjoining cottages: The large "main house" for up to 11 people and the smaller "basket house" for 4 people. Due to the spacious and open design of the living-dining area and the high-quality equipped kitchen, the house is also ideal for family gatherings. By the way, there is a very good party service in the neighboring village.
