The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Amenities: SW terrace with garden access, small sleeping chamber, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-paneled living room in front of panoramic windows, with separate round dining area all in wood. Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail, as this is our profession. The log cabin is located near our carpentry shop and small farm and is located in the middle of the village. Please note: it is not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village is alive! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin being prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
