You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Family-friendly apartment on the ground floor with magnificent views from every window. The house is located on the foothills of the Alps, so you can start hiking right from the threshold. There is a spacious terrace with a yard distant from the road and you can have a BBQ with friends while kids are playing. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the city center or to the train station, so the location is perfect. Enjoy the Bavarian spirit and the fresh air from the mountains here.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft direkt am wunderschönen Ammersee (ca. 50m entfernt vom Badesteg). Die Wohnung ist ca. 120m² groß und optimal auch für eine größere Familie geeignet. Auf Anfrage besteht die Möglichkeit eine zweite Wohnung im selben Haus zu mieten, so dass eine weitere Familie untergebracht werden kann. Herrsching ist verkehrstechnisch optimal an den Großraum München angebunden, die S-Bahn S8 ist ca. 300m entfernt und fährt direkt ins Zentrum bzw. bis zum Flughafen.

Wir haben eine Landwirtschaft mit Milchviehbetrieb. Vor allem Kinder lieben es, die kleinen Kälbchen zu streicheln und mit den Katzen zu spielen. Es ist aber auch ein guter Rückzugsort für gestresste Paar oder Geschäftsreisende.
