Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

The Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser is only 10 minutes drive away. There is a free private ski shuttle - you can be picked up right at your doorstep and arrange the return trip individually with the driver. The house is in the local area of Niederbreitenbach, opposite Schönwörth Castle.
