The carefully renovated miner's house is centrally located and has a new fitted kitchen, modern bathroom & 1 guest toilet. A bedroom with 2 beds in the upper part with home office (monitor & 100 Mbit/s), 1 bedroom, 2nd floor with solid wood bed and a children's room., 2nd floor with double bunk bed. Via the inner courtyard you can reach the 1000 sqm garden through a kind of "building."

The terraced house is located at an altitude of about 400 m on the southern slope of the Iberg in a listed half-timbered settlement in a cul-de-sac. We can accommodate up to 6 people. In the immediate vicinity there are hiking trails, the Iberg Dripstone Cave, the Weltwald, the Hübichenstein, two cafes, museums and much more. Our comfortable, newly designed apartment (70 m²) is located in the beautiful Vor-Harz in a rural area. The tranquil town of Badenhausen (about 1600 inhabitants) is a good starting point for an active vacation or simply to unwind. Hikes or bike rides in the Harz Mountains can be started directly. E-bikes can be safely parked and charged. In the village there are small shops for everyday needs and some restaurants.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

Das 42 qm (2 Zimmer) große Apartment "Chalet Emma 2" in Sankt Andreasberg wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Jahr 2021/2022 vollständig kernsaniert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Das Apartment zeichnet insbesondere eine moderne Ausstattung im gemütlichen Chaletstil sowie den herrlichen Blick auf den Matthias Schmidt Berg aus.

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
