During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

Wendelstein Room "Your own hotel room"

In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. From the mini fridge to the wardrobe, this room has everything you would expect from a 3-star hotel. TV and cable TV are provided. Order and cleanliness are our top priority.

Vacation in beautiful Chiemgau

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just about a 15-minute walk from the town center. In summer, children play on the street, walkers pass by relaxed – a pleasant, grown settlement with lots of charm. Here you can unwind wonderfully and enjoy the evening relaxing on the bench in front of the house.
