During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Mit dem Zug von Bad Endorf sind es ca. 50 min nach München oder Salzburg.

We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
