Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with mountain view, kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower / tub, garden part can be used alone (sun, barbecue,...)

Spend a lovely time in the apartment with mountain views and a large south-facing terrace. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV and a bathtub. In the village it is about 1000 m to the swimming lake, there are many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country trail right outside the door. Atteltal vacation home

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Details, fabrics and colors were lovingly selected to feel good

Tiny house Simsee

The three brand new tiny houses are located in a small quiet village near Lake Simsee. In the area, many excursions can be made on foot or by bike to the surrounding lakes, between typical Bavarian countryside. Each house has one bedroom for two people. There is a sofa bed for an occupancy of 4. There is a barbecue area in the communal garden. From Bad Endorf train station it is about 50 minutes to Munich or Salzburg.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
