Steffen was an excellent host who provided lots of tips about the local area and answered questions thoroughly. The house was a delight to stay in, with great views and a large open lounge to play board games. Big fan of the roller shutters as they made keeping the lounge at the perfect temperature. The beds were comfy though the pillows could be comfier.

We were only here for one night, but have already known that we will feel comfortable when we wrote with Sarina and Sascha before. Just super nice! The "briefing" where what is was was straightforward and we could flexibly decide when we would arrive. In the apartment, everything you need is available and the view of a very well-kept garden delighted us after getting up. We'll be back in case we're around again. Thank you for your hospitality!

A highlight is of course the swimming pool - a weight room and a sauna are also in the house. Elli communicates quickly and proactively. The apartment is equipped with many loving details - there is even an umbrella, a parking disc and even a bathrobe was thought of. The apartment has a balcony and external blinds, so it gets super dark in the apartment. Everything was clean. There were more than enough towels available. We had the best time! Julia's house is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need and more. Her taste on decoration is exquisite and the house has a homey feeling to it - we never felt we in an "Airbnb" but rather we felt feom the beginning more like at home. There is everything to cook your meals in terms of lithchen accessories. The living room is super cozy, we spent Chtistmas time there and, despite it being Winter, we had sun almost everyday coming into the living room. There is also a toof deck were you can see the horizon and the sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and you cam easily walk to some nature or take public transport and go to Suttgart. There is a baker very close by. Five out of five stars!

The apartment is perfect for exploring Ludwigsburg. Everything is in walking distance. Several parking garages in the immediate vicinity. It was quiet at night! Simon is very helpful, we were even allowed to enter the apartment earlier, which we were very happy about with a baby. Right next to the apartment is a delicatessen where the coffee looked delicious. Bakery 2 minutes' walk. We will be happy to come back
