The apartment has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. The location is centrally located in the center of Remseck - Aldingen district. Bus lines to the residential city of Ludwigsburg or the tram to Stuttgart are within a few minutes' walking distance. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Within walking distance of the city center, in Stuttgart's Lehenviertel, this small room (14 m²), furnished according to the British model, is located in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, hospitality tray, large flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a bakery, two cafes, an organic shop and several good restaurants and nice little shops.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

The small apartment is separated from the rest of the apartment with a terrace and a large garden with seating in summer to feel good. The apartment is right at the "Sillenbuch" stop, from which you can reach the city center in 15 minutes by train/night bus. The airport bus (direct connection) is an 8-minute walk away. The trade fair is not far away

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in a quiet, semi-elevated location in Stuttgart-Nord! It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with a beach chair invites you to sunbathe with a view over the city. Double beds (180x200, 160x200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for children under 6 years.

Stuttgarter Altbau-Charme

An apartment to feel good! :-) It is located in the east of Cannstatter, the Daimler Museum and the Porsche Arena. Location is extraordinarily quiet, nestled in magnificent nature and yet very central. You can reach Stuttgart city center in max. 5 min. by car or bus/train. Parking is available in front of the house, the nearest train is just a few minutes' walk from the property. The Wasen is also within walking distance.
