Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Freue dich in den warmen Monaten auf die große Terrasse mit 2 Lounge Sofas, großem Holztisch und auf die Schaukel, die auch die großen Kinder nutzen dürfen. Auf Wunsch kann auch die Hängematte angebracht werden.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

In unserem schön gelegenen 2-Familienhaus, bieten wir 2 Zimmer mit Bad, kleiner Küche, Esstisch an. Die Wohnung , die sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, liegt nur 5 - 6 Gehminuten von der nächsten Stadtbahnhaltestelle (Züricherstraße) entfernt. Das Wasen Gelände, das Stadtzentrum sind mit Bahn/Taxi in < 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Apotheke, Post & Restaurant, 20 Minuten Fußweg (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Für Kinder ist unser Gästebereich nur bedingt geeignet

Stay at the Altenburg/Cannstatt

The rooms are located in a terraced house on the Altenburg in Bad Cannstatt. That's where my husband and I live. You reach the accommodation via a shared staircase, but have your private area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. High ceilings with a view of the beams give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. From here you can see the TV tower and reach both the city center and Bad Cannstatt in less than 15 minutes. Wilhelma, the stadium and the Mercedes Museum are easily accessible.

There are several grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. An underground parking space is included. The apartment has a double bed 140x200 cm, a large sofa (not extendable), a dining table for 4 people, a large TV, bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.

"There is no bird so small, it wants to have its nest." I offer a small, lovingly furnished and very well-maintained apartment on the outskirts of Stuttgart. It is on the 15th floor of a barrier-free high-rise building. The main station is only 20 minutes away by train (U7). Shopping nearby. On Fridays, the vegetable cart comes around 1:00 pm and offers fresh fruit and vegetables from its own cultivation. It is in the parking lot behind the house.

The apartment can accommodate 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Wi-Fi, a large work desk with a monitor, washing machine and clothes dryer are also available. It's a two-room apartment. One room is used for storing things and remains locked. During your stay, you are the sole user of the apartment.
