The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. Beautiful house with large partially covered feel-good terrace + many modern seating areas + cool campfire area + garden house and small sandbox as well as toy tractor for the little ones on site. 3 different types of loungers and a hammock for relaxation. A charcoal grill + 3 legs on site + grill utensils, etc. Charcoal must/cannot always be on site! A sauna, hot tub (optional!) and air conditioning provide the necessary luxury! Consumables are limited in the house!

On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.

On approx. 200 square meters, a modern, comfortable and cozy ambience awaits you, ideal for 2-3 families or a large family / group.
