Make your holiday in the Rottal valley YOUR time! In this spacious and threshold-free/barrier-free apartment you are as free and independent as you want to be. Equipped with healthy and ecological materials, it is located on the ground floor in a country house and yet in the middle of the district town: only a 10-minute walk from the train station, with restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen and the terrace in the countryside, an evening "at home" is also really fun.

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

The wonderful natural surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, and relaxing. We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Enjoy a loving break at this downtown home with balcony and garage. Right next door is a supermarket that is within walking distance. A cozy place to unwind or start excursions... We went out of our way to make the apartment stylish, cozy but also modern and practical. The bed linens are washed with sensitive detergent, which means they are generally well suited for allergy sufferers. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

A highlight of this accommodation is definitely the bathrobe walk directly to the spa (for a fee) - relaxation is thus pre-programmed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation and on the balcony you can start the day with a view of nature or end it in a relaxed way.
