Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

This oasis invites you to relax, whether in summer or winter! With a garden, terrace, and plenty of space in the 75m² apartment, it is also very suitable for families. The wonderful natural surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, and relaxing. Located in the middle of the three spa areas of Bad Griesbach, Bad Füssing, and Bad Birnbach, you have access to numerous wellness offers for body, mind, and soul. You can also improve your handicap in one of Europe's largest golf paradises.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with balcony to the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TV, a bathroom and a large loggia.
