The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

The accommodation is very spacious and is in a quiet location surrounded by chickens, sheep, horses, llamas and alpacas. Ideal for hiking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking or carport, cozy small wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, leisure activities nearby. Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away by car. A charging station for electric cars is also available.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
