Vacation rentals with a patio in Bad Aussee

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The apartment was simply perfect! Clean, equipped with everything needed, pleasant and comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. The design is stunning, inviting, and very suitable for children. As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay with excellent communication and help from the hosts. Very clean and well equipped home. Quiet, private neighborhood. Mostly walkable but need to know that the restaurants or stores are 15-20 minute walks and you will be walking up hill to return to the house. If you drive to the home it has good parking available next to the home. We are an active family and chose to walk everywhere so the home was great for us. We also chose to eat at home so we found the kitchen perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this home!

David’s place is amazing. It has a terrace to a beautiful view. The apartment is spacious, clean and private. It has everything we need for staying. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

My son and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, very nicely appointed and in brand new condition. It's an easy walk from the train station and to the town center. We appreciated getting away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg in the evening to this special place. I wish we could have spent more time exploring this quaint town! The host was very easy to communicate with, prompt, and provided great local suggestions. The backyard is a great place to relax too! Highly recommend Premium Apartments. Great 6-night stay in an amazing apartment! We stayed here for 6 nights with our 3 small kids. As a family that travels a lot, we were really impressed to find such a perfect place. The apartment has everything you could need - it's fully equipped down to the smallest detail. The host was friendly and helpful, and the place itself is warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The space is much bigger than what you see in the photos - reality is even better! Location is excellent too - just a 10-minute drive from Hallstatt and other local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. We enjoyed every moment in this wonderful apartment, and when we return to Salzburg, we'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families looking for a great place to stay!

Auf der Suche nach einer urigen Almhütte fündig geworden, angekommen bei Kälte und Nebel, doch dann entschädigt mit einem atemberaubenden Panorama! Eine wunderschöne Hütte, die einem vom ersten Augenblicklich einlädt, super gut ausgestattet, ein wärmender Ofen für kalte Tage, Orte zum verweilen und Träumen. Tolle Wanderungen entlang der Seen oder auf die Gipfel. Ein Traum, ein Ort zum Zurückkehren!

Tastefully furnished with a well equipped kitchen and Andreas is a gem to deal with.

Skvělá dispozice domu pro dvě čtyřčlenné rodiny, velká vybavená kuchyň spojená s obývákem-ideální pro večerní společný program, dostatek úložných prostor, dostatek koupelen a toalet, perfektní parkováni. Andreas a Patricia jsou skvělí hostitelé, veškeré pokyny jsme dostali včas a funkční, komunikace velmi milá. Rádi přijedeme zase.

Ubytování bylo skvělé. Apartmán je perfektně zařízený, hezký, vkusný. Člověk najde vše, co potřebuje, zkrátka jako doma. Bylo nás 5 a všichni jsme mohli mít soukromí. Velmi oceňuji kotelnu na sušení lyžařského oblečení a bot. Vřele doporučujeme všem, kdo chtějí jet lyžovat. Do nejbližšího velkého střediska je to pouze 20 min autem. Uprostřed pobytu nám hostitelka telefonovala s dotazem, zda nepotřebujeme nové ručníky, toaletní papír či cokoliv jiného. Byli jsme opravdu velmi spokojení.

Gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Grosszügige Austattung der Wohnung > die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt genug Hand- und Badetücher. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Den Kamin und die Sauna haben wir bei den regnerischen Wetter sehr genossen

Ein sehr schönes Chalet in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und modern gehalten. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Auf dem Bett hat man geschlafen wie auf Wolken! Wunderschöner Mix aus modernen Möbeln und schönen alten Schätzen. Perfekt ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum und macht dem Namen der Unterkunft alle Ehre. Die Traun fließt vor dem Fenster und der Siriuskogel ist direkt gegenüber. Am Balkon frühstücken war idyllisch. Netter und persönlicher Empfang bei dem man gute Tipps von locals bekommt. Zu Fuß ist man überall sehr rasch, kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diana ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen umgehend reagiert. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt gegenüber der Talstation der Bergbahn und mit Blick auf die Talabfahrt. Mit der Gondel ist man sehr schnell im Skigebiet Dachstein West. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein beheiztes Fach im Skidepot. Ein Gemischtwarenladen, wo man frische Brötchen und die nötigsten Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bekommt, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es im Ort ein paar wenige Restaurants. Wir haben die Tage in Rußbach sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Nina sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und äußerst sauber. Insbesondere die tolle Ausstattung der Küche hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine große Familie oder eine Freundesgruppe. Die Anbindung an den Skibus war ideal. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Susanne ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns einige Tipps für Fahrradtouren gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Das Appartement ist top ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man benötigt. Besonders gut hat mir die Dusche gefallen, mit gutem Wasserdruck und ausreichend Warmwasser. Auch die Lage finde ich sehr gut. Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen und ich würde gerne wieder kommen.
