The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Direkt an der Grundlseertraun, haben wir unsere wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern (Dusche & Bad) und einem großen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Couch (auch zum ausziehen für weiter 2 Gäste) und viel Platz. Alles ist vorhanden und ermöglicht somit die perfekte Grundlage für eine schöne, erholsame und gemütliche Auszeit. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!
