Unser Aufenthalt bei Barbara war einfach großartig! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, denn das Apartment war nicht nur gemütlich und von der Hitze wunderbar geschützt, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders die tolle Terrasse und die perfekt eingerichtete Küche haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Es gab reichlich Handtücher und die Küche war wirklich komplett – es hat an nichts gefehlt! Barbara selbst war einfach wunderbar. Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Ihre sympathische und hilfsbereite Art hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder und können dieses Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We stayed there for 11 nights and it was just great. Jasna and Edi are very friendly persons, if you need anything, they are there for you and try to help you. The house was very clean, looked like in the pictures and there was everything you need for a good holiday. If we were travel again to croatia, we would book it again :)

We visited place with two families. Really nice place for family vacation. Great pool and outside area. All nesseary available for quality vacation.

Vom ersten bis letzten Kontakt war Hope und Velibor sehr um unser Wohl bemüht, haben uns auf Fragen - egal welcher Art - umgehend geantwortet. Sehr schön fanden wir auch, dass die Badezimmer mit Zahnbürsten/Pasta, Duschgel und Seifen ausgestattet waren. Ebenso Toilettenpapier und Badetücher für den Strand waren ausreichend vorhanden. In der Küche war ein Willkommensgruss mit zwei Flaschen Wein, Käsen, Salamis, Schinken, Olivenöl für uns bereitgestellt. Das Haus mit seinen liebevoll eingerichteten Mobiliar, Accessoires und ebenso die schön angelegten Außenanlagen mit Pool und diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten luden zum Verweilen mit der Familie und auch mal allein ein. Schön ist auch der Grillplatz, der mit einer kuscheligen Sitzgarnitur regengeschützt genutzt werden kann. Ein Billiardtisch wurde von uns oft genutzt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Haus mit seinen Besitzern sehr gerne! Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sehr gerne wieder kommen werden👍🤗

Het huisje is fantastisch en sfeervol ingericht. Het ligt heerlijk rustig en privé. Alles is aanwezig, super schoon en erg goed verzorgd. Ana is ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk en ook goed bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen tijdens het verblijf. Wij, een gezin met twee kinderen (9 en 11 jaar) hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het zwembad dat het hele jaar door gebruikt kan worden was een echte hit! Een absolute aanrader en een fijne plek om de omgeving te ontdekken.

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

Our stay was one of the best Villa holidays we’ve ever had. The airport in Pula was incredibly easy as was picking up our hire car and then a short 40 minute drive to the Villa. Ivan had allowed early check in which helped as we had travelled overnight. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know, and was then easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is incredible. The rooms are spacious and are decorated beautifully. Ivan provided cleaning products and toilet rolls which was really helpful. The pool ares was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and seating to sit inside or outside to eat. His Mother also bought over some delicious home cooked desserts, which was very gratefully received surprise. The villa is in a peaceful location but is brilliantly situated to visit so many wonderful places, including Pula, island boat trips (one with tame peacocks) and lots of beautiful coastal towns. I can not recommend Ivan and his beautiful villas enough!

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i Villa Constantin. Det er en virkelig dejlig villa, som levede fuldstændig op til billederne. Skønne værelser, badeværelser og gode materialer. Flotte udearealer. Ejerne var meget søde til at svare på forespørgsler. Og deres kontaktperson i Kroatien, som bød os velkommen var meget serviceminded og imødekommende. Opvaskemaskinen gik i stykker, den blev skiftet så hurtigt de kunne. Virkelig god service. Helt klart vores anbefalinger herfra.
