Our stay at Barbara's was just great! We felt very comfortable right from the start, because the apartment was not only cozy and wonderfully protected from the heat, but also equipped with everything you could wish for. Especially the great terrace and the perfectly equipped kitchen made our stay very pleasant. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was really complete – there was nothing missing! Barbara herself was just wonderful. She always responded quickly to our questions and gave us many great tips for the area. Her friendly and helpful manner made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed there for 11 nights and it was just great. Jasna and Edi are very friendly persons, if you need anything, they are there for you and try to help you. The house was very clean, looked like in the pictures and there was everything you need for a good holiday. If we were travel again to croatia, we would book it again :)

We visited place with two families. Really nice place for family vacation. Great pool and outside area. All nesseary available for quality vacation.

From the first to the last contact, Hope and Velibor took great care of our well-being, responded to questions - no matter what - immediately. We also found it very nice that the bathrooms were equipped with toothbrushes/pasta, shower gel and soaps. There were also plenty of toilet paper and bath towels for the beach. In the kitchen there was a welcome greeting with two bottles of wine, cheeses, salamis, ham, olive oil provided for us. The house with its lovingly furnished furniture, accessories and also the beautifully landscaped outdoor facilities with pool and various seating areas invited you to linger with the family and also sometimes alone. Also nice is the barbecue area, which can be used with a cozy seating set protected from rain. A pool table was often used by us! We felt very comfortable and are very happy to recommend this house with its owners! We liked it so much that we'd love to come back👍🤗

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

Our stay was one of the best Villa holidays we’ve ever had. The airport in Pula was incredibly easy as was picking up our hire car and then a short 40 minute drive to the Villa. Ivan had allowed early check in which helped as we had travelled overnight. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know, and was then easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is incredible. The rooms are spacious and are decorated beautifully. Ivan provided cleaning products and toilet rolls which was really helpful. The pool ares was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and seating to sit inside or outside to eat. His Mother also bought over some delicious home cooked desserts, which was very gratefully received surprise. The villa is in a peaceful location but is brilliantly situated to visit so many wonderful places, including Pula, island boat trips (one with tame peacocks) and lots of beautiful coastal towns. I can not recommend Ivan and his beautiful villas enough!

We had a great holiday at Villa Constantin. It's a really lovely villa that completely lived up to the photos. Lovely rooms, bathrooms, and good materials. Great outdoor areas. The owners were very nice to respond to inquiries. And their point of contact in Croatia, who welcomed us was very service minded and welcoming. The dishwasher broke, it was changed as soon as they could. Really good service. Definitely our recommendations from here.
