Vacation rentals with a patio in Bacutia Beach

Great apartment, very spacious and well located. One peculiarity is that it is worth a visit to an art gallery, for maintaining good paintings by various artists on the walls (at least during our stay). I recommend it and it will be among my alternatives for an eventual return.

Wonderful place, as described. No words to thank. Super indico. If I return to Guarapari for sure I will stay there again.

Alexandra at all times was very helpful to me, it helped me a lot about schedules. i think the AP is in the best location there, where there is everything at the door, just down that has several restaurants and even the carts of the people who sell. super hot and strong shower, comfortable bed, quiet fan, and kitchen with everything you need with nothing missing in it. The apartment has a good isolation where you don't hear practically anything on the street, not even from the side apartments. In my stay the building ended the water and Alexandra gave all support, being very helpful. finally, a wonderful apartment, where I would go back a thousand times and if I were to put an observation it would just be the parking lot that is kind of chatty to get in, a little confusing, but nothing that hinders your experience. only thank you, as I had an amazing trip. I loved the accommodation! Even before check-in, Cleuber already made us feel very comfortable with all his helpfulness. The apartment is very well located, organized and with the necessary things to spend the days. I've already saved it for my next stay!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

Super helpful host, safe, pleasant place, is between the acquamania and the beach of Setiba, if your goal is to go to the acquamania or another place to these sides the location is perfect, in the neighborhood we do not have markets or commerce because it is a condominium, but on the move to things it is possible to buy, there is a BBQ aerial, network, the place is very safe

Very clean and equipped house. All environments are very pleasant. Very good barbecue area. Great for leisure days with the family. The host and his wife were very attentive and helpful.

My stay was great, no questions to ask!! Safe, quiet place, market nearby, bakery nearby, Hortifruti nearby, butcher nearby... you can do everything on foot!! The house is great, as soon as I can, I'll be back!!

Super cozy apartment, the balcony is very nice to stay and admire the scenery, very close to the beach, we felt at home.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
