Beachfront vacation rentals in Bacutia Beach

The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

Apartment with great location. Good restaurants nearby. Very good for those with mobility issues due to the proximity to downtown Guarapari. Photos match the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building, and it is possible to watch it even from the balcony. The beaches of Castanheira, Namorados, Virtudes and Areia Preta are very close, within a 1-km radius. It was very worth it. I recommend it!!! We'll be back soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with a great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just a note, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. Not only will we be back, we recommend it!

Great space. Huge and extremely comfortable apartment. Kitchen with all utilities and appliances in perfect working order. View of the apartment is impeccable and the location is excellent. Leonardo always promptly answered all my questions and was very kind. I highly recommend it.

This is the third time I've stayed at David's apartment…. Super clean, well-equipped apartment, clean and fragrant linens and towels and all the basic items we needed for our vacation stay. In addition to responding promptly and always being kind in changing check-in and check-out times.

The place is beautiful the house is very well located!! The structure of the house is impeccable, it was an amazing week with my whole family, children, teenagers, adults and the house served everyone, in addition to being very cozy and with a house face even had all the necessary apparatus to meet the demand of a super family in addition to being super clean for our arrival!! A great space for rest and tour , very close to the supermarket and restaurants, all very organized and clean, I loved my lodging , and the host very polite and always available, I will come back other times ❤️

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and airy, one of the rooms with an ocean view, air-conditioning in all of them, very comfortable mattresses, Smart TV in the living room, and a kitchen with all the necessary items. You don't even need to cross the street to get to the beach, in fact, right on the sand, very safe for children. The pool was always warm, perhaps because of the local temperature. The neighborhood is a noble area of the city, very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, great for an afternoon walk. Fabrício responds quickly to questions. We'll be back for sure!

We already knew the Peracanga region, but it was the first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, with many utensils, dish towels, and is located in the best region, exactly in front of the entrance to the kiosks, in addition to having a swimming pool and a very good barbecue area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

OUR STAY WAS GREAT! WONDERFUL APARTMENT! BETTER THAN THE PHOTOS, FURNITURE, DISHES. UTENSILS. ATTENTIVE DOORMEN. I HOPE THAT ON OUR RETURN THE POOL AND SAUNA WILL BE AVAILABLE/ BUT THEY WERE NOT MISSING.

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to get in before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that this is a matter of safety. Would recommend to others.
