Very clean and organized house, good location, close to great beaches. Great reception, hosts gave tips on places in the city to visit, how to get there and events that would take place on the date I went. I highly recommend it, I would go again without a second thought!!

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with bed and bath linens, clean and new. Large, comfortable bathrooms with a hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which made our tours much easier. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

Recanto dos Girassóis is a wonderful place! Me and my family were very well received. The bungalow is extremely cozy, everything is new, clean and extremely organized. Leonardo and Sandra are incredible people, super attentive and receptive, we felt at home, our immense gratitude for the days of our stay. It is worth visiting, and even taking a stroll because there are incredible beaches nearby, it does not take 5 minutes to get by car to Bacutia and Peracanga beaches, and also very close for those who like to walk. It has parking and a court next door to play volleyball, a leisure area with a pool that you can enjoy a lot and a pool table, we are already looking forward to returning soon.

The building is new and very beautiful. Very close to Bacutia beach, one of the best and most popular in Guarapari. Swimming pool and sauna available to guests. Apartment with a bedroom and large living room!!! Kitchen equipped to meet your needs. It was a wonderful stay!

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

AP excellent in all aspects, I took the grandpa and the grandmother, who already has a certain difficulty to walk, and the location was decisive, access to the beach is very good, foot in the sand. Three families and all satisfied, nothing to complain about. Nilton and Rogéria very helpful!

Excellent stay... flexible check-in and check-out, with clean linens and towels... they even brought cleaning supplies and soap powder... although I didn't use any of it I thought it was a nice touch... since nothing is perfect: the TV is not smart... but luckily there was a Chromecast there that we were able to use...

The stay was just me and my husband, but it can easily accommodate 4 people. The barbecue and pool area were very good, the Wi-Fi was also very good, it didn't even drop with rainy weather, my husband was able to work online perfectly. There is no water filter (maybe it would be good to put one in) but we went to the market that was close by and everything was fine too! We will definitely come back another time with a more favorable climate to use the pool! The place is very quiet and pleasant to rest!

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to get in before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that this is a matter of safety. Would recommend to others.
