Si buscan tranquilidad, aislarse de la sociedad y un buen descanso, es el lugar indicado! Muy bonito, muy ameno y muy cómodo. De verdad aprovechen a estar en medio de la nada y lo van a disfrutar. Todos son atentos en Aqua Viva Les va a encantar!

El lugar es absolutamente lindo: cómodo, espacioso y perfecto tanto para ir en familia como con amigos. Viajé con mis hij@s y mis papás, y todos estuvimos muy a gusto con las instalaciones. Además, las indicaciones y recomendaciones del anfitrión fueron claras y muy útiles. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente, quedamos más que satisfechos!

Nuestra estancia fue agradable lo q más me gustó fue la privacidad y seguridad del lugar la alfitriona siempre atenta , los encargados del lugar muy amables y serviciales lo único q estuvo en desventaja fue la ubicación ya q está a 30 minutos de Bacalar y no nos fue posible conocer más lugares pero fuera de eso es un alojamiento muy bonito, tranquilo y muy privado descansas muy bien 😌🥰

La casa es hermosa, nos gustó que es muy amplia y tiene un muelle muy bonito, y una pequeña alberca arriba de la casa donde veíamos las estrellas

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

Overall, the place is in a cool location and it’s peaceful and quiet. The private dock and kayaks are good too. Ton of space. The beds are super comfy and the bottom bedrooms open right up to the dock. It’s about 30 min from bacalar so renting a car is a must. Good communication during the stay The only cons really are the ants, if you leave food out for a second they will swarm. Would recommend if you have the funds

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

Pasamos unos días excelentes, el lugar es mejor que las fotografías. Las amenidades como el café me encantaron. Hay buen internet y la alberca es maravillosa. Quizá sólo los colchones de las camas por ser de resortes son un poco ruidosos. Pero muy seguramente regresaré.

super recomendado, supera expectativas en verdad. la alberca no la utilizamos porque siempre estuvimos fuera. Lo único por lo que no califique excelente la ubicación, es para que se tenga en cuenta, que esta preciosa estancia solo les viene bien a los que traen automóvil o bastante dinero para gastar en taxi. si piensan ir a la club de playa caminando les llevará aproximadamente 25 minutos. en carro 5. pero la estancia espectacular, se presentaron inconvenientes que se arregalon de inmediato por parte de la recepción, si se preguntan ¿que? el refrigerador no enfriaba porque algún huesped anterior le había movido y pues no nos dimos cuenta y la comida que era carne se hizo poco fea pero no incomible. aparte se fue la luz po algo de tiempo y pues esto fue ajeno a las instalaciones, cuando vimos que no regresaba y que ya iba a oscurecer simplemente nos salimos. de allí en fuera todo 👌

Amazing villa, I was blown away. We were allowed to book late at night and checked in a couple minutes later. Amazing service, Carlos was always a call away.

Beautiful villa. Modern and well appointed and maintained. Responsive host. Reception was extremely helpful. Property was very clean. Has food delivery available from local hosts which was a big perk. Pool was fantastic, and the surroundings are lush jungle and beautiful. Highly recommend the massages. The associated beach club was not very nice. If you do go, drive don’t walk. Will DEFINITELY look to rent this unit again the next time we are in Bacalar.
