If you are looking for tranquility, isolating yourself from society and a good rest, it is the place! Very nice, very pleasant and very comfortable. They really take advantage of being in the middle of nowhere and will enjoy it. All are attentive in Aqua Viva They're gonna love it!

The place is absolutely nice: comfortable, spacious and perfect for families and friends alike. I traveled with my children and my parents, and we were all very comfortable with the facilities. In addition, the host's directions and recommendations were clear and very helpful. I highly recommend it, we are more than satisfied!

Our stay was pleasant. What I liked the most was the privacy and security of the place. The host was always attentive, the people in charge of the place were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a disadvantage was the location, since it is 30 minutes from Bacalar and we were not able to see more places, but other than that it is a very nice, quiet and very private accommodation. You rest very well 😌🥰

The house is beautiful, we liked that it is very spacious and has a very nice dock, and a small pool above the house where we could see the stars

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

Overall, the place is in a cool location and it’s peaceful and quiet. The private dock and kayaks are good too. Ton of space. The beds are super comfy and the bottom bedrooms open right up to the dock. It’s about 30 min from bacalar so renting a car is a must. Good communication during the stay The only cons really are the ants, if you leave food out for a second they will swarm. Would recommend if you have the funds

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

The house is very nice and the complex is super nice, everything is new and modern, the spaces are smaller than the photos show and The only thing is that it is isolated from the center and there is nothing in that area. The beach club is very nice but the staff is super rude. 😒

An excellent place, very accessible, very friendly hosts and super close to the Lagoon

Highly recommended, it really exceeds expectations. We didn't use the pool because we were always out. The only reason I didn't rate the location as excellent is to take into account that this beautiful place is only good for those who bring a car or enough money to spend on taxis. If you plan to walk to the beach club, it will take you approximately 25 minutes. By car, 5 minutes. But the stay was spectacular. There were problems that were immediately fixed by the reception. If you ask, what? The refrigerator didn't cool because a previous guest had moved it and we didn't notice, and the food, which was meat, was a little ugly but not inedible. Besides, the power went out for a while and this was unrelated to the facilities. When we saw that it wasn't coming back and that it was going to get dark, we just left. Other than that, everything was fine 👌

Amazing villa, I was blown away. We were allowed to book late at night and checked in a couple minutes later. Amazing service, Carlos was always a call away.

We loved the place, we regretted not having stayed a couple more days. Everything was quiet and the staff was always available.

Lovely place, friendly staff. Everything was great except for the internet signal. Other than that, the place is a 10/10. Definable coming back.

Beautiful villa. Modern and well appointed and maintained. Responsive host. Reception was extremely helpful. Property was very clean. Has food delivery available from local hosts which was a big perk. Pool was fantastic, and the surroundings are lush jungle and beautiful. Highly recommend the massages. The associated beach club was not very nice. If you do go, drive don’t walk. Will DEFINITELY look to rent this unit again the next time we are in Bacalar.
