Plus a newly added shower room with toilet. The flat will hold 5 adults or 6 people if there are children in the party due to bed sizes. Gas central heating and underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom. Due to this being a flat within the main house some household noise may be heard. Low occupancy rates considered
