Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

The name of the property very simply describes the view out the back of the annex which we hope you love as much as we do. You can watch rabbits, deer and birds from the large gable window and star gazing is a must. It is located above SmallTown coffee shop and bakery on the High Street in the centre of Clare, Suffolk's smallest town.
