Impeccable stay and extraordinary hospitality! My family and I couldn't have wished for anything better! We went down to Pesaro for my wedding out of town, and we relied on his property. The house was perfect: clean, well-kept, equipped with every comfort and corresponding in everything to the description, if not even better in person. But the real added value was the owner Elvin (and not only him, but also his whole family, his wife and his 2 children): extraordinarily helpful, present at the right time but never intrusive, always ready to give useful advice and respond quickly and kindly to any request. He made us feel really welcome, as if we were at home. A rare hospitality to find, which made our stay special in every way. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking not only for a place to sleep, but an authentic experience of hospitality and care. We will definitely be back

We were looking for a rural and quiet place to stay near Riccione. Fabrizio's place was perfect, very affordable and exceeded our expectations. We were received very nicely and Fabrizio was very likeable. Our three dogs also felt comfortable right away. It was very rural, but centrally located, so day trips in any direction were very possible. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We only used the renovated floor as there were two of us. There is a Conad and a bakery nearby. Furthermore, there was a small dog park in the village, which was perfect for us. In this Airbnb you could savor the Italian flair and enjoy Italian life away from tourist crowds. We thank you very much and look forward to seeing you again next year!

Had very good experience. Due to flight delay Stefano waited us since hour 00.15 for check In. Very efficient communication by Stefano and Germana. Silent and privacy.

The house and the landscapes are frankly of good standard without having access to the sea too far away, it's an address that I will recommend to my family, friends and work colleague.
