Rooftop apartment on the 4th floor with terrace, no elevator, not overlooked, close to all shops, the souk, stores, and the medina (10-minute walk). Very bright, in a building located on the hills above the city center, one of the old and authentic neighborhoods of Tunis. Plenty of sunlight, with a barbecue.
